What this is

Pins map a friendly name to a specific ChatGPT conversation. On a webai_chatgpt task, prefixing the prompt with [chat: <name>] routes that task into the pinned thread (so its accumulated context is reused) instead of a fresh chat.
• Name — the slug you type in [chat: …] (e.g. wbd, lease). Unique per provider.
• Conversation — paste the ChatGPT URL (https://chatgpt.com/c/<id>) or just the id; it's stored canonically.
• Title hint / Notes — for your reference only; the resolver ignores them.
This table is the system-of-record; the laptop worker syncs it down to its local registry file.
